Well its that time again and I have two wonderful new healing crystals and the properties for your information and enjoyment.

I watched the opening ceromony of the Olympics last night, loved the drummers and the colour of the costumes, especially thoses monks with the bamboo scrolls the way the material was made to give the appearance of mist around the bottom was wonderful. Anyway I hope you all enjoy the next couple of weeks and get some rest wherever possible. I know I am going to be wiped out by then end.
